New Year, Less Waste

As the new year rolls in it is natural to consider what goals or resolutions you might have for the new year. So what are your goals? Here are some simple changes you might consider implementing in 2020 to reduce your waste.

  • Aim to avoid plastic when purchasing groceries (Grocery Shopping 101)
  • Shop used rather than new when possible

The list can go on and on but have it connect to your main goal. Are you looking to reduce your plastic use? Try one or two plastic related tips, to change habits for the year. Try to keep your goals small, if you over-extend yourself you are likely to burn out and create more waste as a result. A less waste life doesn’t happen overnight so take it slow, there is always time to add to your goals once you have mastered a few.
